StanCOG participates in a variety of regional and community-based events.

Bike to Work Week May 14-18, 2012
StanCOG takes part in activities to promote the annual Bike to Work Week.  It co-hosts the kick-off awareness event with the City of Modesto and Stanislaus County that is open to the public in downtown Modesto, to encourage biking instead of driving when possible.
